Carry on that way!
What else?

Bienvenue ici!
Well oh they might wear classic Reeboks
Or knackered Converse
Or tracky bottoms tucked in socks
But all of that's what the point is not
The point's that there ain't no romance around there
And there's the truth that they can't see
They'd probably like to throw a punch at me
And if you could only see them, then you would agree
Agree that there ain't no romance around there
Or knackered Converse
Or tracky bottoms tucked in socks
But all of that's what the point is not
The point's that there ain't no romance around there
And there's the truth that they can't see
They'd probably like to throw a punch at me
And if you could only see them, then you would agree
Agree that there ain't no romance around there
And over there there's broken bones
There's only music, so that there's new ringtones
And it don't take no Sherlock Holmes
To see it's a little different around here
Don't get me wrong, oh there's boys in bands
And kids who like to scrap with pool cues in their hands
And just cause he's had a couple of cans
He thinks it's alright to act like a dickhead
There's only music, so that there's new ringtones
And it don't take no Sherlock Holmes
To see it's a little different around here
Don't get me wrong, oh there's boys in bands
And kids who like to scrap with pool cues in their hands
And just cause he's had a couple of cans
He thinks it's alright to act like a dickhead
(Sorry for my poor translation)
Don’t you think that it’s not what it used to be ?
When I take a look to my grandma pictures, I saw green grass, a past time where, in spite of the war, children still going to play in rivers and stare at the plane fighting in the sky. I’m not creating story, I’m telling what she told me. But also fear, chaos and confusion ; and after the crash, the economic bang, the life which returns ; a time which fascinates me without knowing why. So many things mixed in my head which make « romantism » to me. This word reminds of myself, forced to read « Une vie » (I don’t know how this title is translated in english) from Maupassant, at school. And I see myself one year later, reading this Book again, because I really enjoy it. Nevertheless it’s not the happiest story…
And then today, people who let die the others on an end of pavement because it’s better to go to organize J.O. which cost an arm to the other end of the globe. Let's go back to the subject, I thus spoke about romanticism. Wher is it, that one? In my head, certainly. In little girls' dreams which dream about prince charming (and tall girl, also). And in my closet: of the embroidered white, pink, laces, pale colors, dresses, skirts, … A true girl, I am. A true girl who, for her first note shares its inspiration and this title " A Certain Romance " by the talented Arctic Monkeys, where the words reflect well my thoughts, on a rock bottom of guitars. What else?
Welcome here!
